A combination of technical knowledge and a thorough understanding of the financial services industry can benefit channel partners.

MindCraft America Inc., a provider of software products, solutions and services, has recently partnered with Cardinal Points Group, LLC to develop a comprehensive channel strategy for addressing the US market. Cardinal Points Group, LLC offers a breadth of consulting and coaching services and has more than 100 years of collective experience in helping small businesses, corporations and IT leaders to achieve successful and sustainable business models.

As a part of this engagement, Cardinal Points will assist MindCraft in planning and executing a channel strategy to accelerate expansion into the US market. MindCraft strategy will focus on helping qualifying channel partners develop a balanced portfolio of complementary products and services to meet changing customer requirements. By leveraging MindCraft’s deep experience in the financial services industry, Partners will be able to deliver greater value to clients and increase overall growth potential.

Having been associated with Cardinal Points for over 2 years, MindCraft sees great value in collaborating with them to utilize their consultancy services for their various strategic initiatives in the US market. MindCraft plans to go full throttle this year and focus on getting more business by creating a strong network of channel partners. Recently, MindCraft has acquired a few software product development customers. By formulating a robust channel strategy, MindCraft will identify the right vendors for their products and services. “Given their excellent market reach and their credibility in the US market, Cardinal Points is uniquely positioned to help us in our channel partner initiatives.”, said Hemant Nerurkar, President & CEO of MindCraft America, Inc. He added, “With their help, we are working out various commercial models including the traditional incentive model and deal based profit sharing that channel partners can benefit from.”
